Golden Triangle Glass

Happy customer. A beveled double glass pane in one of the double front doors of my home was damaged when I was cutting my grass. Flying rock. They came out, took measurements, ordered the custom fit glass and it was installed when it arrived. They were half the price one of their local competitors that I got bid from. Service was excellent. I recommend Golden Triangle Glass.

BEST IN TOWN!!!! After calling several glass companies to replace camper window, they were the most responsibly priced, soonest turn around, and was very friendly over the phone. They asked if I could bring the camper to them I explained I was limited on movement due to a broken ankle. They offered to come to me to get the measurements (A1 customer service) I then went to make the first half payment. The glass came in about a week later they came to install it on the day I had surgery. They didn’t call or knock they just went straight to work on my camper. After they attempted to get the window in (measurements were off a tad bit) they knocked and called to leave a message letting me know what was going on. I was a little upset about having to wait a little longer due to the upcoming rain but things happen. They kept me updated the entire time even when the tempered glass machine was down. The communication is what made the transaction so seamless! The window is fixed and looks amazing! Thank you for the great customer service 🫶🏾 you have a customer for life and I will definitely refer you in the future

Do not hesitate to use this company! Very hospitable and friendly while I waited for my windshield to be replaced. I was offered bottled water and an extension cord for my Macbook. They scheduled me quickly, within 24 hours of my first call. They did a great install, however once I got home I realized there was a scratch/crack in the bottom middle. I called them to let them know and it was absolutely not a problem at all. I brought it back the next week, they installed another brand new windshield and I was on my way. The team was helpful, communicative, had the LOWEST PRICE, and did a great job!

I love supporting local businesses and try to as much as possible. This company installed all our windows and shower doors when we built our home last year and did an amazing job. The owner Johnny was great in returning any call quickly and kept us updated on scheduling times. Derrick is extremely professional and a great installer. He also called to let me know if he was running behind and when he was on his way. Companies can be great to work with when you use them to begin with and they are getting paid but if you need something done later they usually aren’t as quick to get back to you or take care of the problem. I called them almost a year later because our shower door needed an adjustment, I spoke to Derick who said he would talk to his boss to see when they could make it out. I received a call about an hour later from Johnny saying Derrick would be out that afternoon and he was. That is Great Customer Service!!! I would use them anytime and recommend them 100%.

This company is locally-owned & operated in Beaumont. They do auto glass, house windows, showers, mirrors & misc glass. The owner Johnny & his crew provide a level of attention & customer service that the bigger glass companies don't provide. I highly recommend Derrick, he's very knowledgeable & really cares about his customers. These people do high quality work, they don't rush through the job just to get it done. I highly recommend them!
